Not talking about your new help,while your out side doing nothing but smoking ..Like how bad and how much time it takes..to the the trainer's if that is what you would call her,and she stops you because the new persons ride is right in front of you..And this so called trainer has came out side in an hour or so and smoked while the new person is doing work..maybe the manager should look at this and do what needs to be done..that's what the cameras are for..so plz do your job..before someone takes this to your boss!!!!!!!!!!!thank you
